The final meeting for the 2003 season was held on 
November 1.  I will be sending our usual newsletter 
reporting on the meeting soon but wanted to let everyone 
know who the new club officers are and how to contact

The Claims Director position will be filled when we 
resume our meetings in the Spring.
 
A big THANK YOU goes to Ned Skinner who served first as 
the club Vice President and then President.  
 
When the newsletter is sent, it will include a list of  
dates for the 2004 meetings.
 
The new committee established to work on some by-laws 
for Central Virginia Gold Prospectors  (along with those 
from GPAA)  has been  working on the project and will 
have some proposals for the members consideration when 
the meetings start-up
in the Spring.
